With 22 years experience in weight training, 13 years of international competition and Fitness Instructor diploma I can help you get started, break through to the next level or simply assist you in maintaining your current routine.

I offer competitive Personal Training prices whilst delivering high standard sessions. Although sticking to a recommended "Slim Club" can help you drop clothes size, as a Sport Nutritionist my nutritional advice and training expertise will show you how to keep the weight off and maintain a healthier lifestyle. 


I am more than happy to help you reach your goals regardless of whether you have ever set foot in a gym before! You can train at home, in a park or in a gym.

My Personal Training Packages are based around frequency of training to ensure value for money without having to purchase several months worth of training in advance:


INITIAL CONSULTATION        FREE  completed  at the beginning of your 1st session

Initial consultation lasts 30 - 40 minutes and includes a pre-activity readiness questionnaire, lifestyle questionnaire, fitness assessments and the goals of your training.  


PAY AS YOU TRAIN            

1 HR                      1 SESSION     = £35.00


MULTIPLE BUY                    

4 HRS                    4 SESSIONS   = £120.00 - Saving £20

8 HRS                    8 SESSIONS   = £240.00 - Saving £40

12HRS                   12 SESSIONS  = £360.00 - Saving £60


Personalised exercise program - 4 weeks:                    £10


If you are already a member of a gym or carry out your own training but need a helping hand with a new exercise program, this is perfect for you. Once your goals are established, a tailored program will be developed and emailed to you to help you keep on track

Birthday Package:                                                                £90

If you are stuck for gift ideas, why not treat someone special to the gift of fitness. This package includes 3 x 1 hour personal training sessions and is a great way to be introduced into personal training. 

Nutritional Fat Loss Plan :                                                   £49 

It includes the following

  • Comprehensive  nutrition questionnaire consultation emailed to you
  • Meal plan will be based around information you supply to me on your lifestyle questionnaire
  • 1 Month Personalised Meal Plan based on your personal caloric requirements,your goals, age, height,current weight
  • Food shopping guide/alternative food choices
  • Vitamin/Supplement recommendations
  • You will be eating regular healthy meals/snacks throughout the day
  • This meal plan is adaptable for you to use on a long term basis 
  • You can contact me via emails or on my facebook page as many times as you require 
  • Please note this meal plan will get you the fat loss results you want if followed 100%.  Do understand that this is not a crash diet, so to ensure the success of your goal it is important that you respect the diet as instructed
