Also I am a mum myself of a gorgeous boy Calum and a beautiful girl Cara. I have had to face the challenges of loosing that extra baby weight so ladies if someone can understand you and help you getting back into those jeans its another mum and I am ready to help you all the way!
With 22 years experience in weight training, 13 years of international competition and Fitness Instructor diploma I can help you get started, break through to the next level or simply assist you in maintaining your current routine.

Although sticking to a recommended "Slim Club" can help you drop clothes size, as a Sport Nutritionist my nutritional advice and training expertise will show you how to keep the weight off and maintain a healthier lifestyle.
